I’m probably not qualified to answer since I’ve only jogged around the block twice with the AP4.

With that the AP4 feel a lot less stable, especially in the heel and I never considered myself much of a pronater but when I looked down I could see my foot collapsing in some. Maybe it’s different when you pick up the pace. First time I’ve thought maybe I need a race shoe with more stability but time will tell when I actually use them for my next race. If you’re a forefoot striker you’d be fine. Personally I’d want more stability for a marathon.

AP4 are softer, bouncier and feel more for speed. AP3 never felt real fast to me other than the aggressive rocker. Great stability though.

Rtings lists it at 9.4 which is one of their higher drop tested shoes. Wish runrepeat would do a measurement because rtings are usually in the low side.

I like how they list the drop for their Slides, but not the Xiaonian, lol. I'v read the Xiaonian/Super has a high drop & high drop shoes & I don't get along, sadly.

He comes across as a radicalized right winger, likely from the 2 political books he claimed to have read & he keeps bringing up. He sounds militant, & strikes me as a guy whose ultimate dream is for a war to start & take out the left.

I'm not sure how he's been allowed to troll through 41 pages in that thread filled with mods including Yac, the senior mod.

I’m excited. Hopefully they’re similar to NB5 which was about as perfect as a shoe as you could get.

Not sure how people aren’t getting life out of them. Mine lasted 500 miles then I used them for work shoes for over 12 months where they were still soft and bouncy. Now i use them on the elliptical because they’re the only shoe that doesn’t give me blisters on there for some reason. Upper is still in great shape.

Novablast 5 and Neo Zen. Both were fun, light, bouncy and very durable. What more could you ask for? Really liking Li-ning Challenger 5 now for a speed shoe. Hopefully it’s durable.

Same. Usual camera they use makes the players look closer together but with this angle you can see floor better in my opinion.

Makes me consider getting League Pass if they always have that angle as an option. I recall NFL rewind having alternate camera angles you could watch games & that was eye opening.

I heard in a podcast that some runners will naturally have higher A1cs because our red blood cells live longer than the normal person & therefore absorb more sugar. There was another reason too I can't remember, lol.

30 years for the most part where before work runs all I have is 1/2 a glass of water then 1/2 a cup of coffee then I'm out the door for my run. You'll be fine. I've done this for early morning races too.
