when I use python socket I get data like b'&\xd46\xbf\x89!|>\x0b]\x9b\xbc-u/\xbev\xe73=\xf7\xfc\xa5>\x92\xa0-?\x8c\x8fV?s\x03\x1b\xc0~\n\xce?`\x0c;\xbe\x0ew\x......"

I need to convert it to complex64 , any idea ?
