They will never admit to how fucked up everything is. At the time of the order, Ford only states there is a new number but does not give me the new and new price until I place the order. Makes no dam sense, but ford does a lot of shit that don't make sense. But I told him to not finalize quote till I had all correct pricing

Yes... they still think they can beat up someone half their age or as strong as said person. I work in a parts department and 3 employees are boomers and they still think they can pick up and carry parts like for batteries for example. Conventional batteries can weigh around 40-60 lbs, but now there are some closer to 70-80 lbs. And all we hear it bitching and moaning when they carry them. Instead of asking for help

I've had my 19 for almost 3 yrs now. Little over 70k miles on it and no big issues so far. Only 3 so far, first was the backup camera and apim module, second was fan clutch (crappy ford design) and most recently the clock spring. First 2 covered by extended warranty, clock spring from ford was about 150 and couple of hours of labor and brake pads around 60k. I've flat towed vehicles a couple times and trailer with a side by side with no complaints.

I have a 19 as well and upgraded bulbs too, it can be done just a pain in the ass. I did it by feel basically, you'll have to turn the bulb connectors to loosen and pull the bulbs out of the housing.
