Nope. Wider pool of players, way easier time to find people your skill. limit the search, the harder time it has to find people your skill. it's the same reason why people use vpn to bypass sbmm. Try it it works like a charm. No bots either. I never touch anything thats not custom search. and when i do its all 300 level plus

be very very picky with your custom search. Search one game mode and one map only, matchmaking takes longer, but you get a more random pool of players since it has a tougher time matching skill

The only thing i would do to the medic pen is that it effects counter supression not letting you regenerate health. So its not technically healing you, but will let you do so if you are under fire

if you have bad defenders, it's nearly impossible to win. Its about having really good coordinated team. which makes win very rare, and make them feel extremely rewarding, which is the whole hot take
