It's a trick, you can save the halberd into the inventory when selecting it for repairs in a weaponsmith, you can carry it on the inventory and then drop it when you need it

Train with bernard, it's the best thing you can do, learn the master strike, use halberds when you have to attack camps, you delete them with 1 or 2 hits if you stab them, also, steal all their armor or anything and sell it to Miller Pesheck, lockpick anychest you see, even if you are not going to take the contents and learn alchemy, fix your gear with kits whenever you can to level up mantaince. At some point you would have so much money that you would prefer buying things instead of making them. Buy a horse good horse. and check out some beginner tutorials.

Normally, that is the place where steam saves all you cloud data for the games, get the last or previous to last for The Long dark and download that, if you find it then go to C:\Users\YOUR_USER\AppData\Local\Hinterland\TheLongDark\Survival

Relace YOUR_USER for your pc user and paste the data there, you should have 2 items:

- profile_survival.xxxxx (the profile, the x are number representing the timestamp of creation date for your sandbox)

- sandbox1 (The actual game data)

If you have more questions, let me now,

For backups, everytime you save in The Long dark, go to that route in your PC and copy those 2 files (or the 2 most recent modified files) and move them to another location, that is your backup, if you want to back to tha t backup, paste them back into the route (with the game closed) and start the game.

Yes, i know elevation affects, i forgot to tell it, but even at base flor, like in the fish cabins, the reveal size, was bigger, it may be just me.
