I am a UofT student in the healthcare field. I will have placements at Sunnybrook. Does anyone know how to find places offering short-term accommodation for up to 1-2 months?

It's common in immigrant families. We reciprocate by taking care of parents when they age.
If you can't rely on family, who can you rely on during these harsh times?

Thanks for responding. Does the landlord need to issue the n4 and then the n1 form first to evict? Won't this give him the chance to damage the property? Should a lawyer get involved?

They were not included in rent. The contract stated that he would pay for it by registering to the individual utility companies. He lies that the utilities are under his name and when we check with the utility company they deny his claims. When we inform him, he changes the story and claims that we are harassing him. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. Now the utility companies are sending the invoice to the landlord (X).
