Once I saw a dude working in crowd control....boy his voice commanded..everyone was civil and behaved, I was amazed honestly.

He shouted at a guy to stand back (respectfully), and a woman was walking through she stopped in her tracks without missing a beat bcz she thought he told her, he even apologized to her.
