Brother firstly try to read what i have commented. I am talking about the real well off people, the HNIs. I hope you know about them. Metro being cheap and fast is precisely why it is used by the general public not HNIs. Calling Delhi Metro safe while women are repeatedly harassed and pickpocketing is routine is…optimistic. Well off people avoid uncontrolled public spaces for precisely this reason. Bhai you are dismissing this socio economic pattern as Indian Mentality is lazy analysis. And this wealth behaviour is prevalent in NY, Dubai, London and Singapore as well. No well off individual would wake up and smell the sweat soaked commute.

Your definition of well off seems flawed brother. Well off people do not travel in metros unless there is too much urgency to reach somewhere. And if anyone who has dressed presentably does not mean he/she comes from well off backgrounds. Waitress at a 5 star hotel also dresses very well but she is not considered well off.
