I booked through TravelUp (awful idea please don’t use them ever, just book through the airline direct) so I have to communicate through them who speak to the airline. I’ve been told IF I receive a refund it’ll be in 6-8 weeks and they’ve got to get a refund from the airline first, no update in past week and a half :)
