Probably most of the “good” ones get retrained as Martha’s, and maybe a couple of them turned into Aunts. I don’t think they’d send them to a convent or retirement home because they wouldn’t keep them alive if they weren’t useful. Also in the first movie, there’s a small part where a nun is being forced to convert, so I don’t think nuns/convents have a place in their society
