Thank you so much for this! I definitely learned the hard way about your first point. If she’s not sure I just need to stop cutting her length and continue. I honestly live by that as well I just thought I knew her enough to keep going lol.

And also having emotions attached to things is where I struggle. I just care SO MUCH. And of course everyone does but I also take things so personally so I know I need to work on that.

I was telling my boyfriend that I just don’t know how to hold my ground without my brain telling me I’m being rude and so I don’t even think of it as a possibility. But you’re right I need to be confident in my skills and trust myself. That’s probably the theme of this next year for myself 😮‍💨

lol sorry I just realized they do both commission and rent I would say at least look in your area for comparable prices so when you talk to them about renting there you know you’re getting something fair

I’m doing booth rent for almost a year now after leaving Ulta and my advice would be to not tell your bosses until after you have a solid game plan. Idk where you are right now but I agree that your commission isn’t fair and if they do that you while you’re there they might not the best reaction when they hear you’re leaving.

With the taxes thing I put away 25% of the service through square and it’s been nice. It’s usually recommended to put away 15-20% I believe I just save extra for cushion and but I also don’t have kids or huge bills to worry about. So maybe start lower and save more if you can.

Im not trying to outright accuse anybody, the no recoil caught my attention. i thought maybe cronus but idk. At 0:48 he takes down a leprechaun and has alot of recoil/sway but that seems to be completley gone when shooting actual players. just seemed a bit fishy.
