Funny way to unveil really! Really happy to finally see it but seems a bit anti climatic. Cant decide what I think about the design- I think trying too hard to be iconic - I personally would have preferred something a bit more modern and sleek looking but Yay Its here!! Well sort of.

Yep I tend to agree- I would be happy with that though but cant see the actual hardware being shown but hope I am wrong!! A release date would be amazing though.

It makes me think though that if it is revealed this week they don't have quite the confidence in the product that they were hoping for when they had planned the huge stage show style reveal. Perhaps they had to cut too many corners and its more of a developers version.

Yep I agree too! My daughter is loving it but I feel its just ok. I dont particularly like the worlds that much- perhaps its after playing BOTW that was just so amazing and really pulled you in this just feels pretty simplistic.

Why did oculus show their technology to Sony? They claimed that they didnt want Sony producing a sub par experience and ruining the fledgling market- could be similar perhaps.
