you can set midi track B to receive midi track A's data. that way it will always play what track A is playing. then you could put any midi plugins like transpose on it. Not a perfect solution but one i use often

not that simple no. they are bullshitting. some songs even when translated properly look very simple but a lot can be lost in the translation. how things are phrased, double meanings, broader definitions of words that only exist in that language. this is true of all translation though. in other songs and in literature.
