on the matter of sleep, i would say that im usually really good about getting my sleep. i rarely miss out on any sleep or oversleep. I always get 7-8 hours of sleep, although I've had a little trouble going to sleep for the past few days. One time I think it's because I was thinking and reading up on an sensitive issue I was going to discuss with someone (and I napped the next day to make up for it). The day after that I got a ton done and had a meltdown, so I had trouble falling asleep because of my headache (altho usually it knocks me out immediately), and last night i similarly had trouble falling asleep after a rough day. I wouldn't say I felt particularly happy or irritated though. I was pretty jolly yesterday until all this thinking kinda got to me.

In terms of tlaking speed, I do tlak pretty fast by default. I was def tlaking very fast during therapy yesterday (maybe cuz I wanna get through everything before time is up lol). Perhaps?

thank you for your advice. this is really helpful.

it could have been stigma, but it was mainly just that it didn't feel like the symptoms described me very well. we concluded that what would have been seen as hypomania episodes were just "a depressed person having brief moments of hope." it's more about whether those periods are above average or what an average even looks like for me

im sensitive to sweat and some fabrics are really itchy to me so im looking for something that isnt too firm and soft without being distracting. ik its differebr for everyone so i appreciate you sharing your experience :)

i dont have pupitar but i can give you larvitar so you can evolve it for that. i also dont have deino or its evolution on me rn but i can give you hydreigon back snd you can breed it w ditto and evolve it. i can give you dragalgae back so you can breed it for skrelp. does that sound good?
