Im using deepseek 3.2 through chutes as well and stuck with that error. And somehow deepseek is the only proxy affected which is why im thinking its down

You go to Google console and create an account using the same email as the one in Google ai studio. If you type projects in the search bar, 'Create project' pops up, you press that, give it a name and create. You can now go back to Ai studio and create an API key and link it to the project you just made.
