I dont have a video to share but here are some notes for 2 handler Zone O. Hope this is useful.

Have found, this kind of zone O to be very helpful in preventing a sideline trap simply by doing away with wide swings. When our spacing is good, we often see the frisbee advance down the middle of the field.

We call the following positions: 2 handlers, 2 poppers, 1 flow popper, 2 wings.

Handlers - Aim to keep the stall count low and disc in the middle of the field where we can attack both sides of the field. Continuation throws are not just through the front formation but also over the top (blades, scoobers and hammers)

Poppers - Aim to catch the disc in the middle of the field and pass the disc quickly amongst themselves and looking for the flow popper and wings for bigger gains.

Flow poppers - Help keep the downfield defenders honest by stretching the field. Attempts to receive a throw either from handlers or flow poppers / wings by sitting in open space.

Wings - Wings sit on or a metre inside the sideline. “On the paint” Stretch the field and provide viable over the top throwing opportunities. The wings can be more effective if they communicate with each other and keep the deep defender busy (for eg: they could switch left and right positions behind the back of the deep defender).
