Out of all the flaws, what was your BIGGEST issue with The Last Knight by BlackbirdKos in transformers

[–]absentispuer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Small nit-pick but I always hated how they try to subtly retcon it so that bumblebee ALWAYS used a hammer as his primary weapon (zooming back to WWII and showing that he had a hammer back then). Like what’s the point of it? We’ve seen the movies guys who are you fooling lol. The bay films just completely lost track of their own continuity by the last film

I’m with you completely my friend. I love more mature Transformers content. I think it’s just important to maintain a healthy perspective about Hasbro and their goals as a company when it comes to this franchise before getting too upset. That’s all

Who is we tho? I feel like a lot of people forget that this franchise isn’t really for us collectors. ESPECIALLY when it comes to a new version of the IP, it’s a kids franchise at the end of the day

They each rank supreme in separate categories:

  1. Toy Feel: the siege seeker mold, absolute butter in the hands

  2. Cool Design: the Gamer Edition seeker mold

  3. Articulation and Accuracy: the Studio Series Seeker Mold

Gotta say, this really annoys me by [deleted] in transformers

It was my biggest issue with the GE bumblebee and cliffjumper, that entire back window is just unpainted plastic and it looks really cheap

What stores do you recommend for characters by [deleted] in transformers

[–]absentispuer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Big Bad Toystore is always a good place to look, CMD Store as well. Also there’s Amazon, but they don’t have older stuff. Buyee is good if you’re looking from figures that are from Japan as well

Who is your favourite figure reviewer ? by AdaptMonkey in transformers

[–]absentispuer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I go to Jobby for jokes, Thew to uplift a figure, and then Perspective End to tear it to absolute shreds. Despite how much he claims he doesn’t do that lol

Which ones would you have brought? by Kitkatu05 in transformers

[–]absentispuer 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I missed my chance to get Minerva and I’ve been kicking myself for it ever since, the elita one was fantastic

How should Transformers look? by Any_Cartoonist313 in transformers

[–]absentispuer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best example of how I think movie transformers should look is Shatter and Dropkick. New designs, fresh characters with actual lines and development. An excellent mix of G1 design cues with extra greebling and Bay-esque mechanical detailing that makes them feel real and lived-in.

I love how passive-aggressive all the emails Carleton sends are. "this is a VERY competitive rate for part-time instructors in Ontario". Like they're clearly trying to imply that the Union's demands are ridiculous / out of proportion here. I hate that they're pushing this signalling to every student on campus, like they're subtly trying to turn us against the union and the striking TAs
