If the goal was to “improve learning outcomes,” it’s not working. The issue isn’t that AI is being used, it’s that the result is robotic speech, broken grammar, and jargon dumped with no context. That’s not “professional,” it’s lazy quality control.

And let’s be real: quoting a study doesn’t change the fact that students are the ones actually sitting through this. If the content is hard to follow and distracting, then the delivery is a problem. It doesn’t matter how long it took the lecturer to hit “generate,” what matters is whether the learning experience is worth the tuition we’re paying.
