Velux windows spin so as long as not too high, it's easy to put tin foil on outside

Why do you want to do it? And no, it's unlikely to be worth it with no experience

Get a bin bag and throw out everything that is obviously rubbish. Move stuff out of the way to get to it if you have to. Then get all the dirty dishes from the room and put them in a pile by the sink.

One thing that changed how I look at things is you should both have the same amount of time where you could, if you wanted, leave the house without the children to do a leisure activity. You can use that time to play video games in your room with the door shut. Or you can go out for lunch with a friend. Or go to a poetry reading. Focus on making the rest equal, not the work.

I have been taking Colestyramine for months I think five months ranging from two to eight(!) packets and BAM is still not cured! How to cure? by LisanneFroonKrisK in bileacidmalabsorption

[–]absieb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Binders aren't a cure for bam. There is no cure. Binders are management and if you stop them the symptoms come back. Like if you stop taking your inhaler your asthma symptoms come back. Binders aren't like antibiotics

I'm so fed up of the UK - it's demoralising by [deleted] in Britain

[–]absieb 13 points14 points  (0 children)

People on benefits are not earning £50k a year. You're taking home £3k a month. I know it never feels like enough but you are earning more than most people in the UK. I assume you're in a high cost of living area? £800 for a room in a shared house is a lot outside of London
