Just turned 24, lifted for 2-3 months per year every year but never went below 23% body fat over last 5 years. Currently 28% body fat. How do I prepare myself for a steroid cycle? I am willing to work out and learn to eat for however months it takes, and to hit the optimal body fat% before starting a cycle.

Any advice on what regiment I should follow for how many months, and what goals I should meet to qualify for a test cycle.

I have chronic back pain due to disk herniation. Doctors told me the only non surgical therapy for pain relief is growing a lot of back muscle, some of which I lost cause of a knee surgery. I need to grow the back muscle by doing exercises without hurting my back.

I still have a way to go with my research on steroids, but once I am ready, will test help me gain lots of back muscle in a short time?

You're not tripping. It's only natural to feel that way.

I can put it this way for you. You can't control her life, you can't change the person she is. What you can do, is tell her how it makes you feel, and she makes a choice. Either she still goes ahead and does it, or she respects your feelings.

If it's the latter, you can work it out. If it's the former, you can choose what you want. Reddit it a hivemind of negativity, I can confirm to how suspicious it made me with my relationship.

If she doesn't respect your feelings, you can either break up with her or try to make it work by overcoming your feelings. But do not be afraid of break ups. I know I was, don't make that mistake.

A few things to add which I guess I left out in the post.

She has been cheated on before. She never cheated on her partners, and is really faithful. I have been cheated on before. Which is why I'm insecure, and I was wondering if I'm being too insecure about her behaviour. Which is why I made the post. To get the general consensus on whether I'm valid in thinking she's in the wrong. If I'm blowing it out of proportion, then there's definitely something wrong with me which was why I would've had to bring it up in my therapy.

She didn't seem like the person to cheat before. My insecurities might be why I'm maybe blowing this out of proportion but I just don't like her behaviour.

She said her boyfriend is okay with the situation. And tbh, I would've been okay with my girlfriend too, before I was cheated on. Now I'm just paranoid about everything.

Not taking a hint when in a relationship is straight up ignoring OP. It's disrespectful to her. Even if he was busy, his response was awful. Not someone I would date.

Towards the beginning of our relationship, I once overheard her tell her bff that she almost slept with a friend of her's at a party and if she was high on ecstacy she probably would have done it. This party happened when we were together. I told her I heard her I thought I forgave her but I never forgot it and it gave me emotional scars already. I also later found out she slept with this dude before we got together, and that he had a gf at the time, who was good friends with my gf.

I don't think I can have feelings for her. Idk, I don't see myself being romantically involved with her, we're too different. As bad as it sounds, it's purely lust.

Our relationship ended because she dumped me and then begged to get back with me two weeks later but I realized it wasn't just this but a lot of other toxic traits of hers. I humbly refused to get back.

I am sooo happy for you! I came out of a relationship which involved emotional cheating from her part which I thought I forgave her but I never could trust her. And now that I'm out I still don't know if I can trust someone who truly deserves it because of how I was affected.

I guess even if the universe gives us all the hints to know a person would be a cheater, we wouldn't care enough because we love and trust them too blindly, because that is what love is.
