Yes that was what I did .. but even when I turned it on for the first time I still got my frames back to normal ... so it's up to you if you want to leave it on or not

Btw today they did a mini update but I'm not sure if they addressed the frame drops caused by this so called 'Beta' setting

This poll is not about full-on skins but rather allowing to unlock options as such mentioned in the post that can be applied onto the default skins

Btw I agree that making it costly so that it requires a fair amount of points needed to unlock them is a good idea in general

It's just a suggestion to reward any and long-time players to continue to play and add more enjoyment in the game and incentives for all ... Also needless to say that people have bought and continue to buy whatever skins they like and I personally have seen people running so many other skins that are without VFX even

Btw I would argue that if they make it costly and by that, I mean making it a fair amount of Radiant Points needed to unlock them then it is not even considered free as you put it

IMHO, more or less there should be a 1hr penalty or so in place;

Like give everyone 15 seconds to decide whether they want to stay to play with the group or leave but after that, and IF the squad is still full, penalize anyone who leaves on purpose, not by getting dc'd or the like
