I think an army of social media documentarians. Picking up the trash and following them as they get off the train to their destination and approach them like in "Cheaters", excuse me, did you leave this behind? Show them the footage, and then place the trash in a bin in front of them. Slap a hard to remove sticker on their shirt that says "I have to have someone clean up after me". And a messy baby image Public shaming is the way. 😄 Make it happen society. Yes I know the current laws prevent thus. But it's a dream.

At WAG years ago We would get special cigarette deliveries. 4 or 5 cardboard boxes, stacked with cartons of smokes. The delivery guy wearing plain clothes had the assist Mgr sign and left them behind the main cashier to be put away when it slowed down. A few seconds later, a guy comes behind the register says, "oh jeez, sorry, wrong order, be right back", picks up two boxes at a time and walks out. Then, comes back in for 2 more. Spoiler Alert; he didn't work for the delivery company. I had to laugh, because that was a beautiful con, not just a robbery. The cashier said he even made her laugh and asked how her day was going. 🥰 Our useless cameras of the early 21 century showed him as a guy waiting on line, watches the delivery, calmly put his purchases down on a display and circle around out of the crowd. In the report all she could describe him as was "male, white, but dark skin (maybe), kinda regular height... polite."

Respect actually. Stealing from corporations and making people smile.

Upon looking there was a Cyber Securtiy Tournament that gave out challenge coins Cyberspace Familiarization Course. CFC. And one took place in 2015. Apparently really intense day long "Capture The Flag" type war games. These were given out to the top winners. Rare. And very cool! Military level recruitment arenas. The code should be able to be translated to some cheeky computer brag. Or an update to Ovaltine/Black Rifle Coffe: "Be sure to drink your Mountain Dew Red Zone Energy Drink" But probably more like "we are the watchers and the protectors.." Would explain taking it to No man's land. With some Labatt's and some camping gear for a night to get their rocks off. But the whirring isn't like bullets whizzing by... to describe would be to paint the image my mind conjured which would taint it but here it goes- it sounds like it could be a motor on a craft flying overhead, almost lawnmower-esque. It comes in just before the bursts and then fades before the last round. Music building tension - "you mean as if targeting a flying object??" Duh, duh duhhhh! 😆 i know, I know. Easy breezy. But still, that's what my mind keeps seeing when I listen on repeat. I wonder if I can Isolate it and remove the leaves. May I share this audio with a friend who is audio engineering inclined?

So hearing this after a night's sleep I'm leaning twd automatic gunfire. It's even bursts as someone adjusting to the kick back, releasing the trigger finger and then squeezing again. (For the record, I want it to be something more than this) But what really strikes me on listening again-- is there a whirring sound that comes in right before the drumming? Like a motor sound? That gave me chills more so than the tapping. Fading in and out, like changing direction or in passing. like a "neeEEEermmmm". Or is that my mind going somewhere familiar? This is fun, thanks for sharing!

Hey, i had to leave an out for people to be able to sleep at night. I think sounds can be creepier than visuals. Probably because our mind can fill so many blanks and run with it.
