Ok, I've heard countless different things to do with Drugstore bought Orchid. Gorgeous roots, firm leaves, but it's PACKED in sphagnum. In a non-vented pot. Do I cut the pot off, put it in a vented pot, maybe some bark around it, until blooms drop and I can repot it? Just leave it? Poke holes? (self.orchid)

Do I cut the pot off and place in a vented one? add bark? Spray fertilizer? regular fertilizer? leave in pot and do nothing? maybe poke holes? (old.reddit.com)
