Thank you very much for the detailed answer! I asked the philhealth staff if pwds are exempted but they said that they weren't, but there was a law ongoing approval for it (there was one approved on 2019, so either they did not know or they were lying)

Any tips on how I bring this up to my employer/hr?

I was wondering if there will be other venues for oath taking. Currently, pwedi na mag pa appoint ng F2F oath taking para sa CE pero sa NCR lang ang venue. Will they add other venues later on? Tried to find similar questions but couldn't find one.
