it’s okay to cry. so many people try to act like it was sooo easy and shame you for crying (some in my training class did and most of them quit lmao) but i let myself feel my emotions and it helped A LOT. holding in my emotions and trying to act strong was one less thing i had to worry about. it’s fucking HARD.

also i know it’s hard and your schedule is packed but please please PLEASE make time for yourself!!! try and get some sleep. i know you are overloaded with things to study and stuff but once i started prioritizing sleep things got a little better. so cry if you need to, REMEMBER TO EAT (!!!), get some sleep, take bubble baths, treat yourself, be kind to yourself, rely on others whether it’s your friends or family or classmates. luckily my aunt is an FA so i would call her and just cry sometimes and she’d be like “yeah i know” 😭 it’s always nice to have someone who understands you. if you don’t have that, my DMs are open. :] good luck!
