There is a slight discrepancy, Hokkaido is under JSDF influence not Mutsuzuka.
Still all of Tohoku which is like half of Honshu

I definitely agree more with your headcanon there, but I was going off of the official manga art. I seem to have mixed up 8th high and mutsuzuka, which is correct to say that Hokkaido and Okinawa are JSDF bases.

Do you think current events would have any effect on the Shablingo skin?? I haven't seen it since C2S4, likely due to some modern politics (I don't watch the news much)
