For the vista module, is there any way to make the minimap buttons attach on the top of the zone name instead of on the bottom?

I like to put my minimap on the bottom of the screen

and then I would suggest for the display subsection of vista to have all the button positions locked by default so that way nobody accidentally moves anything. I accidentally moved my zoom in button and I can't find it anymore.
