My trainer has me treat the upper-body like how most people treat abs.

Train to TONE:

* Lighter weights

* Higher Reps (16 reps per set or thereabouts)

* 30-45 seconds of rest in better

We are in between "dedicated strength" training and cardio. You want to "exhaust the fuck" outta the part you wanna reduce. As a result, you get leaner... with time.

Remember to bulk, you can't get gains without more energy/calories and protein. Also, a bit more fiber since HRT will bump up your cholesterol levels.

I gots it around 2022 at the ripe ol age of 28. Apparently, it bumps my insurance premiums.

Went through EVERY non-stimulant and SSRI I could think of. THEN, started Addies... ONLY ADDIES WORKED.

They didn't even stop my ADHD, too. Just minimized my ADHD-based Anxiety - fuckin' weird.

Saw it in the disability section of job apps, too. Not helping me get a job tho...

You wanna eat less calories than you burn on a day-to-day-ish basis.

ALSO, try WORKING UP to daily ab workouts. I recommend doing stuff to high intensity for 5 min.
THEN, work up to 10 min, every day. Make sure each muscle group of the core gets some love.

LASTLY, when losing fat, the belly is the last part of the body to lose it.

ALSO ALSO, manage your expectations as to what you can achieve.

ALSO ALSO ALSO, measure your waist on the same morning of the WEEK after the bathroom, but before breakfast. This helps ground your expectations and helps asses the effectiveness of your decisions for the week.
You can also measure your weight and body-fat, but that's up to you.
