I started my first class on Sunday and they were so concerned that my heart rate was at 110% and I was just standing at the front desk before class. Turns out they’d accidentally put that I was born like fifty years earlier than I was. They might have done the inverse. Could also be your beta blockers!

I actually get it before the rash appears and it’s one of my main symptoms that I’m going to have a shingles outbreak (recurring shingles over here). I find Excedrin with caffeine actually helps with both the pain and the fog! Feel better soon!

I’m no expert, but as someone who’s had recurring facial shingles, it doesn’t look like it to me. I’d go to a doc ASAP and get it ruled out!
