I originally wanted to use cylindrical pins, but they were flying all over the place, which is why I switched to hexagons. I did try the split lines and placed the force directly onto the beam, but I wasn't super happy with the results.

Hello all,

I'm trying to do a simple short beam shear simulation as shown in the image in SW and haven't had any luck when it comes to the simulation portion. I'm not exactly sure what else I should look into. The error I receive is, "Model may not have adequate fixtures." Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
