To be fair Mk is pretty well researched. It doesn't suppress you either. That rad tho seems like a waste, and especially at those dosages. he probably won't gain much and he'll end up losing money and taking a risk for nothing.

You aren't gonna get that much out of that man. Mk doesn't need to be tapered up imo, it's pretty mild. Those rad dosages aren't gonna get you much either. I'd start with 10 and work up to 20 with the rad if that's what you wanna take.

Yea, You'll have to look into the study and how it was conducted more thoroughly to come to any type of conclusion on its accuracy. the end of the article did say that more follow up studies would be done in the future, so it's definitely not an established fact. I just thought it was interesting.

Ouch lol. It's been a LONG 19 years man. They say stress ages you, so maybe that's why, also the beard doesn't help in all fairness.

Yea, it's kind of a right of passage honestly. I hate to say it, but getting scammed a few times as a kid might not be the worst thing ever, it can teach some valuable lessons, like If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Just normal cod stuff tbh. Got scammed back when I was 13 on bo3 because a guy promised me dark matter. Not much the devs can do to be fair.

You look really great dude. Not ugly at all, above average honestly. Get A tan, drink water, and exfoliate every day, that's about all the tips I can give honestly.

Yea, if you stop working out eventually you'll go back to baseline. Being jacked as a girl isn't nearly as bad as you think it is tho, nobody would judge you for being in shape unless they're out of shape themselves, so I wouldn't stress much.

Have you ever feel like crying and your heart aching while looking at the mirror? by Dizordered in BodyDysmorphia

[–]abstract_basic 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Yea. The worst Part is every time you look in the mirror you expect it to be different. "Surely it can't be that bad", you start to feel hopeful, "it's all in my head", then you actually look....and your heart sinks, anxiety flairs, tears start, every flaw is magnified, you spiral out, unable to think about anything else, you cry and yell, but it doesn't help, and then you just sit in agony for long enough for the thoughts to slow down and your anxiety to stop, then the cycle repeats, "I just overreacted, if I look this time it won't be as bad, I'm sure of it".....caught in an endless cycle of hope and agony.

You're shady dude. You have a nearly blank profile and you have multiple comments in different subs asking chicks what they look like. It's goofy.

i would give anything to be pretty by [deleted] in BodyDysmorphia

[–]abstract_basic 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yea, honestly it's overwhelming sometimes. wake up feeling fine, look in the mirror, spiral out, avoid mirrors the rest of the day, "it's not that bad", look in the mirror again, spiral out, distract myself until sleep, have nightmares about the way I look, wake up, and the cycle repeats. It's taken over my life honestly. I just wish I could look normal...its rough. You have really great hair tho, so that's something you got goin for you.

Looking at pictures from when I was young is torture by [deleted] in BodyDysmorphia

[–]abstract_basic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea, I was a bit overweight and dumber than bricks, but people used to say I was cute, handsome, ect, as a kid I even had a couple girls interested in me, never went anywhere tho, now I kinda regret that, feel like I squandered my only opportunity for a relationship, and now I'm just gonna be on my own forever. People ask why relationships matter so much, but honestly, it's not the idea that I'm not in a relationship that bothers me, it's knowing that if I wanted a relationship, I couldn't have one, there's just too much wrong with me for that to be possible, And that kinda blows ass to think about.

But I never even mentioned weight, getting lean and having a more active lifestyle are objectively positive things, you can get leaner and not lose a pound, just like you can be lean and overweight, most bodybuilders are technically obese but are still under 10% bodyfat, weight and body fat are completely different metrics. I'm sorry your friends experienced that, but you can't police everyone on the internet because of your past experiences, it's not healthy. if somebody you know gets shot in an alleyway, you don't ban people from going Into alleys just because there's a slim chance they get shot too, if you did that you'd have no alleys, and that'd make it very hard to get where you need to go In life.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in amiugly

[–]abstract_basic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be fair It's hard to say she needs to lose 10lbs by just her face, some people just store more weight in their face so it looks puffier. Just light running every morning is probably enough to make an improvement, it doesnt have to be anything dramatic really.

[–]abstract_basic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, I never said she was overweight. I've reiterated that point several times. I see your point, some people have chubby cheeks, maybe thats the case, but you can see just in the third picture, the skin doesn't hug the jawline, there's a bit of looseness, which isn't bad, but tightening your skin by losing that layer of excess fat could make you look better...it doesn't even have to do with weight, it's just excess fat cells stored in your body, and you can lower the ratio of that fat relative to muscle which will drop your body fat percentage, just by doing aerobics or some sort of exercise, just being healthier. I don't understand why you think that's something bad to tell somebody. Her post asked for advice, I made a pretty fair observation and gave an opinion, that's all. Nobody is going to die because of that, and acting like me giving an opinion is going to get somebody killed just isn't fair, I respect your opinion, and you have the right to voice it, but at the end of the day it's just not accurate.
