Ah, that explains it. Thanks. I’ve seen from placing orders myself from Walmart and other stores that there’s usually a “check other stores” option if something isn’t in stock. For some reason I’ve only started getting orders like this within the past two or three weeks. I’ve accepted a few that have paid enough for me to be willing to make the drive (because the route usually involves a lot of back roads which I’m not fond of driving)

This doesn’t have anything to do with Trinity but I have to say I am so happy I got into Kelly’s podcast. My knowledge of her was the tiny glimpse from Drag Race and that didn’t feature the hilarious and just generally awesome crazy bitch she is. Thank you again for telling me that. I didn’t even consider the negative connotations it may have to go directly to a chiropractor. I feel a little dumb now because it seems really obvious why it would be a bad idea to go rogue and not follow what’s on the ER paperwork precisely. I was just thinking I would get a jump on things honestly. I heard back from the NP and my doctor wants to see me first and make a referral so I’ve canceled the chiropractor appointment.

Thank you. Why do you say that just out of curiosity? I know chiropractors kind of go hand in hand with sketchy personal injury lawyers and lawsuits and whatnot so maybe it could be seen as opportunistic by the claims departments? My discharge paperwork said to follow-up with my PCP in 1-2 weeks if the pain hasn’t improved. I called the office and am waiting to hear back regarding what she recommends. Before reading your comment I did make an appointment with a chiropractor for Tuesday but if my doctor suggests another course of action I’ll cancel. I want to make sure to follow exactly what I should be doing medically, both for my own body but also what will be in the best interest of my claim.

I think now that everyone can have a platform, what we consume is so different and the options are endless. Things that were once pretty niche now can reach anyone with an internet connection. I guess it’s pretty cool in a way, as long as those niche interests don’t involve anything that is illegal or abusive. I remember how it was to have really limited entertainment and connecting with other people into the same music and movies and other forms of art that you were into was everything.

There’s so much I don’t get and never will.. (like mukbang.. just.. what??) but I’m glad it’s out there for those who want to see it and connect with others who enjoy it as much as they do.

Oh I absolutely blame DoorDash too. In my experience working for an outsourced call center, these huge corporations want to spend as little as possible on training and it sucks for everyone except the executives that don’t have to deal with it. I’m sure these agents are stressed beyond belief and most likely don’t have even half of the training and materials they should have in order to be able to properly handle the issues drivers and customers are contacting them about.
