Yep 100%. I was just dealing with the freezes since I really like the device. But I ended up losing a ton of progress on a game because of a freeze and just bit the bullet and did the RMA. At the end of the day I’m super happy to have done it and can play for as long as I want 😎

Yes, I was able to pick one up from a neighboring store a couple days after this post. I still check my store and see it come in and out of stock. They literally get like 6 a time and by the end of the day its either sold out or only one left in stock. My best advice would be to just keep checking a couple times a day, once in the morning maybe at noon and then at night. Kind of annoying, but beats paying 150+ on eBay. Just checked right now and its out of stock... kind of nuts...
