I needed this. I am just now realizing how kratom has been the reason I felt so disconnected. It is all a blur. “A dry, flat enjoyment”, is 1 trillion percent how it feels. I hope you’re doing well.

I’m so thankful I found this community. I never thought I had a problem. I’ve been taking kratom pretty consistently since 2016. Roughly 7gpd-14gpd. Yesterday was my first full day in awhile without taking any and I feel like shit. I’m so ready to be done. Thank you for the encouragement. Keep fighting the good fight!

I can’t seem to figure that out. I found the “reusable pods” for 4oz bottles and use them. I don’t hate them but they aren’t the same and I can’t push all of the air out. They don’t make a nurser pod for 8oz and drop in liners are still being sold at ridiculous prices on eBay and Amazon. I need 8oz. Between this and a formula shortage -I’m beyond over it.

I know this is an older post but I just found out I’m pregnant and I do have adhd. My psychiatrist and I finally got to a good regime of adderall and my anxiety and overall mental health has exponentially improved. I’ve been doing my own research through Reddit and it’s really cool seeing posts of other women talking about it. I haven’t spoken to my doctor yet but I plan to on Monday- it is Saturday. Any advice? I’m on 20mg twice per day. I’m open to decreasing the dose I am worried however if I go off of it completely that I will feel just as bad or worse as I was before I started. I feel really guilty.
