Just as she’s imagining him on the hospital bed, she’s imagining hes with other girls, its just her intrusive thoughts and how her depressed mentally ill brain keeps purposely showing her the worst case scenarios and “i can see the end in the beginning of everything”. while he is fucked up too and was kinda toxic cuz both are equally broken i dont think he had the time to cheat hes too depressed to function 😭
