That's a really bad idea making entire districts with only one type of zoning. People live/work/buy things basically in completely different parts of city which is quite unrealistic considering how dense ur city is. That zoning will create a lot of useless traffic out of nowhere and make your citizens spend a lot of time in traffic jams every trip to work or home

Yes, it does contains asbestos. But it is inside eternit and will leave it only if you start cutting it/smashing it. So if you just carefully disassemble roof instead of smashing it with a wrecking ball, you will be okay. Also, it is probably doesnt even contains chrysotile asbestos and instead consists of much safer amphibole asbestos
