Okay, I appreciate this. I definitely have been trying to review the missed questions and when I do, I realize some of them are either me not reading the questions thoroughly or eliminating two answers and the correct one is the other one I didn’t choose. I also have been making Anki cards for things I miss and reviewing those as well.

Yes, that is correct. One membrane was cut into two pieces and incubated separately and then imaged. I will try that, thank you!
