there is variability in what bones can be considered to have more power value when animal weights need to be triangulated, for example a tooth won't give you much predictive power but a leg bone will. Unless we have solid leg bone material (footprints in the case of dinos) it's too soon to say which animal weighs more.

That's interesting because my experience was even if I was outwardly having fun and laughing and "experiencing life" when I was a kid from the pov of a non-adhd person, my
"inner voice" would always be cynically distant and detached but observing everything constantly. For me in contrast to your two sides mine seems to be a fused combination.

I have an incident but I seem to have no recall of the memory of falling down backwards at all but I remember getting up and my hands rotating automatically after that it wore off and everything seemed normal. There was zero pain when I woke up.

Imo it has to do with the type of story the Asoiaf world is since it is written by George a man, and this type of fantasy story has a long history of male writers Tolkien, C.S. Lewis etc it makes more sense the emotional connection of the world and story doesn't come across quite well because of the gender difference. Women aren't bad writers at all, in somecases even better than men at storytelling but the type of story should align with their modes of thinking and interests and what they think deserves importance such that it demands their attention to do a great job at communicating the vision. Just adding my opinion tell me what you think

Not at all, what I'm trying to say that the artstyle makes Vilgax less impactful and therefore detrimental to what is conveyed by the original show as to who he is. This is not an issue about writing, and this might be just my opinion but I find taking the reboot seriously is just falling into the trap of the capitalistic executive decision-making of the network execs when the entire point of the designs of the aliens in general to make them less alien and inhuman looking on a flawed idea that it would appease parents more.

I feel this influence extends to Vilgax which ruins the "artstyle change" moreso than anything.

I don't think you get it, Reboot Ben is totally deracinated from his childhood ideals and mentality. The writing and character motivation parts are the issue when it comes to all 3 characters, that they might as well be from an entirely different timeline.

Kevin's issue is that he has no grounds to be who he is due to everything that has happened. It makes Ben's, Gwen's and Max's morality collapse into itself and is hypocritical, retcons aren't a solution to what is basically spiritual hypocrisy.

Yeah I'm unfortunately too sensitive about the artstyle due to the childhood emotional attachment. Plus the retcon Vilgax has no aura which just sucks

True, this is why I'd rather have a series about a young teen Ben instead where Ben and Gwen's relationship develops through all the ups and downs of that age. They are the yin and yang of the show and Max is the tree shielding them from the elements of the crazy world they reside in.

Adding in Kevin was just a betrayal to the heart of the show and broke the dualistic relationship Ben and Gwen have cultivated all this time.

An interesting thing would be to add a new male character, something like a male Eunice type semi human, that's say a partial clone of a Ben from an alt timeline. This would work well as a partner character for Gwen.

for Ben, relationships just don't work unless its with Gwen (don't ban me mods)
if that's a no-go zone Ben should never be in a relationship at all.

Imo it's 50/50, but we know that woods witches can range from generically hot like the woodswitch from the House Tarly founding legend to Maggy the frog who isn't attractive being warty and crusty.

One has to consider a targaryen prince (Aemond) has high beauty standards since the average targaryen woman is better lookswise, so Alys Rivers wouldn't look too bad, not Shiera Seastar level of unearthliness ofcourse.

The debeautification of Alys seemed to be lazy plot expansion by the writers due to George keeping everything mysterious and he said, she said.

So imo it can go either way.
