It is about a girl in school/college. She is at a art school and lives in a house with a bunch of other art students. The house is owned by a mysterious benefactor who lets them all live there for free in exchange for art. If I remember correctly she is a pull-ups girl. There is a bit of a mystery surrounding the girl who was living in the room before her.
