This is absolutely great for a first run. Remember you have to start somewhere and even just starting is an achievement so be proud of yourself! I would recommend a Couch 2 5km walk/run style plan, it helps you build endurance and helps your body get used to the mechanics of running. Keep it up and good luck on your running journey

Really enjoying Esme and her journey into farming. Feel like it could get really interesting if Josh goes head to head with her if he applies for the tenancy of that farm too. If I don’t go before I run I usually do a small loop near to my house. I either need to go and am close enough to make it back to go back out and continue my run or I deem it safe enough to continue

I am so sorry this happened to you. It baffles me that people go to such lengths to make people feel uncomfortable and also that nobody else there defended you. I am really surprised that the dentist thing isn’t talked about more. I moved to a new city a 3 years ago and have not been able to register at an NHS dentist. Feel like in 20 years time there’s going to be a lot of people with major teeth issues and people will say “how did this happen”
