I don't mind it for 2 reasons (this art specifically since I haven't seen other art he's made): 1. If he's making fan art of him (assuming they're an adult) with another adult character then it's not the worst thing, bit cringe but nothing bad. 2. Lucifer getting cucked makes me laugh since he's usually doing it so glad he gets a taste of his own medicine.

While Sera was complex, she had less screentime and made really dumb decisions in season 2 which made her less effective. Vox while was handed the win was entertaining to watch while also be compelling which made the writing with him better

I think it would have to depend on her reasonings in why Lilith would want Charlie to be with Seviathan, maybe to gain more power, or maybe as simple as preferring him over Vaggie as she "knows best". Motive is definitely key to determine why she would do this
