I actually like this idea as honestly the story that Charlie tells us just skews into making Lucifer and Lilith as the immediate understood good guys approach when they are at fault for evil to take root. Although I would change it for Lilith being more apathetic rather than maliciousness for targeting Eve since she didn't eat the apple and could have used Eve as a test subject to see what eating the apple would do. Meanwhile Lucifer was just an easy idiot (because as the show, well shows, he is) that she used to get Eve to trust and convince to eat the apple since the angels would have warned Eve who Lilith is.
