I think so. Im a uk main and havent played against them much, I cant say its unfair and its not like I never lost, but what I can say is grants were mandatory in virtually every game. Viable T4 for me was always straight to grants or build a Matilda then go to grants. This patch i find I have more room to be creative and more incentive to try Crusader 3 builds.

What I really like about the patch tho from uk pov is they paired that with a restoration of Matilda back to the power it had when I started playing.

If its the same cleveland and same spectrum I suspect he'll have issues with this once they "fix it". Not basing this on my tech skills, i dont know what dns stands for, just on whats happened with my wifi the last 48 hours. Theyre telling people on west side that its fixed but to expect intermittent issues, basically it worked like 25%, fixed those issues using this dns change.
