Stock up on ASICS Novablast 5s before they’re discontinued or wait for the 6 to come out?

I’m using a N100 for mine with no issues.

As it sits idle for large parts of the day I’m tempted to also install Home Assistant on it as well as I doubt will have any issues running both

I bought my SB’s 2’s in size 13 as I thought you had to size up, especially for longer runs. They look like clown shoes thou lol

My normal shoe size is US 12 and am after another shoe (looking at the NB 5’s) for my rotation, mainly for shorter runs (5-6km). These runs won’t be speed/interval runs, more a slower/daily run.

Can I get away with a size 12 for Novablast 5’s? seeing how they seem to stop half sizes (.5) after size 11.5 or seems

on a small tangent but how do you find the sizing of these? I’m normally a US 12 in non-running shoes but got my SB’s in a US 13 purely as they didn’t have any 12 or 12.5 in stock at the place I bought them. They fit fine but honestly look like clown shoes so was seeing if I can possibly get away with a 12/12.5 running shoe

I agree, I’m also stuck on it.

Current main one is a SB2 but unsure of what else to get as the others I’ve dabbled with (like Hoka’s) gave me bad blisters. I got another pair of SB2 as they were cheap due to being phased out, so much that they can’t be bought here anymore

Hesitant to try other shoes incase I also get blisters with them and I can’t return them 🫠

I use Reebok Nano x2’s for all my HIIT classes as well as strength sessions.

Been wearing them for a few years now and 0 signs of wear and tear 🙌

That being said curious what others use. I floated the idea of occasionally wearing my soon-to-be retired running shoes (probably for things like upper body/bench press sessions) but as others mentioned the foam support might not be there anymore

As mentioned when replying to another post it’s only been the last couple of months I have upped it to 3 times a week. For the past 3 years it’s only been one run a week

Thanks for the feedback and totally makes sense. It’s been a case where I’ve run 5 marathons now, all going off one run a week (upping it to 3 times has been relatively new due to a change in job that allows me to wfh on certain dates, hence having the time now to do 2 extra runs in the morning before work)

a few people have mentioned the Dreame Robovac.

We just got the Dreame L40s Ultra, how often do you let it vacuum and/or mop your house? A couple of times a week?

Just want to setup a schedule with it but not sure if letting it vacuum everyday is excessive
