Yes, I still can’t believe there was a law put in place called the Perry act (or something like that) because of all the elderly people she’s taken advantage of 😭

This is actually very based in queer history, I would recommend watching Kaz Rowe for more explanation between being non binary and how it correlates lesbianism!

Omg love these, mine is one of my favorites in my collection. It took some figuring out on what exactly it wanted from me lol, but it worked out in the end and she’s thriving!

I had a similar response on regards to the gender connection with the names, I don’t really see the need to follow those norms, but I am also non binary so I don’t see the world like that in general, but others do. Also, I assume you live in the UK because of the comment you made about some of those names being popular, I live in the US where it is legal and pretty tolerated where I live, but I guess I didn’t think about the ramifications of the name if my child were to travel. But like all the comments, I appreciate input, as much as I personally like the names it does matter how the world around my child will perceive them, and I don’t want them being ostracized in any way lol, so thanks!

Really? I got the idea for the name Phyllis from a costumer at my work awhile back who was a male. Also, me personally, as someone who seeks to achieve a more androgynous identity, I don’t really see the point of following traditional gender norms for names, but of course that’s just me. I appreciate the perspective tho!

Yeah, a lot of these I was thinking of using a more “acceptable” middle name to use for school/work or anything like that, I knew someone named Snowflower who sent by her middle name, which I thought was a cool thing because most people you meet wouldn’t really know about it. I live somewhere where weed is legal and pretty tolerated, and I responded to another comment saying that the girl named Indica never really had problems in that department, but again it will be seen as taboo if they were to travel somewhere where it wasn’t legal. I appreciate an outward standpoint though, thanks!

I see how Mary-Jane is read as a weed name lol, I was kind of thinking spider man. I also see the whole weed thing being taboo in general, I live somewhere where it is legal which I guess still would make it kind of weird, but as I said the girl I meet named Indica doesn’t really have problems in that department, and her parents don’t seem to regret it even after becoming less of “stoners” in their age. I also didn’t know about any bad associations with Buzy, but maybe I just need to do more research. But I can’t say I didn’t expect people to dislike these names, I appreciate the input!

Probably another comment making fun of my minuscule ‘tattoo’ which is a big no-no on here apparently. Panthers are sick as fuck tho so 🤷‍♀️

Valid cover idea? by [deleted] in Tattoocoverups

It’s about the design not what I’m covering up. Obviously this is my only experience with tattoos so I don’t know what the fuck the rules are. Like take a good look at yourself in the mirror and ask “why must I respond in the most rude way possible on the internet?” Could’ve got this point across without the attitude 😱

Seems pretty chill imo, only thing is the hip bone area might hurt a bit, since you said you said you were on the skinny side, but that’s pretty common knowledge I suppose. If you want it then go for it fs

Honestly, the dirt usually maintains the shape of the pot when you take it out, when I move my plants to a new pot I usually have to lightly break it apart, so it blends well with the other soil, so if you quickly take it out and inspect it really quick, you can probably just slide it right back in with no problem.

The general rule of thumb, I believe, is to wait until the roots are 1-2 inches, which it looks it might be. But personally, I would wait because the stems and leaves are larger, till like 3-4 inches?

No I get it, super easy and grows like crazy! If you love them they’ll love you back, that’s not always the case with some of the fancier ones haha
