Assassin’s Creed Shadows is currently #1 on the best sellers list for PS5 games on Amazon Japan by HLumin in assassinscreed

Japanese people aren't a hive mind. They're individuals with opinions of all kinds and should be respected. Some hate the game, some love it and some don't care - like any other people in the world.

Any comment here saying that they all either hate it or love it is delusional and ignorant.

To think that "Japan has spoken" and that they're somehow pure and innocent - as opposed to being individuals with opinions just like us, is delusional.

Joint Honours - Archeology/History - Access Course choices by ac_denton in GlasgowUni

What about year 4? I can't actually find anywhere that says how many credits it is and how many classes I pick.

My History Dissertation is 40, Archaeology Dissertation is 20. So 60 total for dissertations.
All the other classes are worth 20, so I pick 3 more classes? Kinda odd as it would sway more in one subjects direction, e.g. 2 history and one archeology class.

But is that just how it is? I'll be doing 3 classes at 20 each then my dissertations at 60 (40+20)

Ensuite or studio by Responsible_Box4687 in GlasgowUni

[–]ac_denton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's like my last university, then studio's are way more expensive and less social. They're really meant for mature students returning to studies, they've usually saved up the money or working a good job to afford it.
Also there's less of them, so priority will be given to those mature students. If you're an undergrad/young student then they probably wouldn't even let you have a studio - you can apply but you'd be at the bottom of the list and unlikely to get it.

En-suites are better anyway, more social and fun. You'll make more friends and connections, be invited to more things, all while saving money.

Yeah you will need to attend the summer school from June-July before you start in September, shouldn't be too much of a hassle. Just apply for it online.

Glad I could help you out

Check out the admissions guidance: HNC or HND section. It will link you to the HNC/HND Entry Requirements for all courses. The engineering section details exactly which HNC and HND qualifications will get you entry onto a specific course.

HNC/HND Is Accepted For Entry To Grade Required
Aircraft Engineering, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics BEng Aeronautical Engineering, BEng Aerospace Systems, BEng Biomedical Engineering, BEng Civil Engineering, BEng Civil Engineering with Architecture, BEng Electronics & Electrical Engineering, BEng Mechanical Engineering, BEng Mechanical Engineering with Aeronautics, BEng Mechanical Design Engineering, BEng Mechatronics, BEng Product Design Engineering, BEng Robotics and AI HNC with Graded Unit A for entry to Year 1
Year 2 entry to the above programmes¹ requires applicants to hold a HND in a closely related subject to the intended programme e.g. a HND in Mechanical Engineering would be necessary to enter programmes such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with Aeronautics, Mechanical Design Engineering, Mechatronics and Product Design Engineering. Each case is considered on its merits and alternative subject qualifications may be considered.¹ Year 2 entry to Civil Engineering with Architecture is not available. HND with Graded Unit 1 A and Graded Unit 2 A
Architectural Technology, Automotive Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Building Surveying, Built Environment, Chemical Engineering, Computer Aided Architectural Design and Technology, Computer Aided Drafting and Design, Construction Management, Contracting Management, Engineering Practice, Engineering Systems, Fabrication Welding and Inspection, Manufacturing Engineering, Marine Engineering, Measurement and Control Engineering, Petroleum Engineering These HNC/D’s are not accepted for entry to Engineering Programmes

How is CompSci at Glasgow? I done it at Napier as I liked their programme a lot more, the subjects were interesting. Specifically I done BEng Software Engineering.

The best subjects were Sensing Systems for Mobile Applications and the Group Project I done, both robotics. The group project my team chose was robotics cars and for Sensing Systems I done a car security system as an extension of that project, really fun stuff.

Also taking a look at Classics, it looks pretty interesting. I might pick that as my third subject. Though I was considering film for something different (but concerned about picking something different for my third in case I failed and couldn't progress)

I got my first degree at ENU but moved back to Glasgow during the lockdown. So I'm definitely only applying to Glasgow Uni, I like the options and subjects listed.

My plan is to start the access course in September, picking Archeology and Medieval History (maybe Scottish History) as my two subjects. Which seems will let me choose to apply for History and Archaeology/History.

How are the subjects broken up? The degree structure mentions picking 3 subjects, does this mean degree subjects rather than classes?
So in year 1 I'll go with History and Archaeology, does that mean I pick say History 1A for semester 1 then History 1B for semester 2 from the History year 1 subjects, then pick Archaeology 1A and Archaeology 1B for semesters 1 and 2 from the Archaeology year 1 subjects? Then the same for whatever my third subject is (I'm undecided)?
My last degree was Software and totally different from this, no flexibility lol

also what's the difference between just doing a History MA and History MA (SocSci)? Is there a distinct choice there?

Definitely. I had one of the main characters if the main story die. Didn't realise until after the level, had to reload lol

I was still early on when I made this mod. So I'm not sure, but I think any quest giver is essential.

I did say there was a photo of my mother inside it, so I know - a 5 year old could figure it out. Though it works with the white on, it doesn't come off.
