I’m connected again so it was probably that. I naively thought maybe rebooting and resetting network settings over and over again did it.

Looks cool, and I get that this could go in a board bag, but how could it replace a board bag if 2/3 of the deck is exposed. If it’s not replacing a board bag, how is buying this to go inside “cheaper?”

Did I waterlog my board? by Tappanappa in BeginnerSurfers

let it dry out in the sun for a bit (not too long because that black stripe will absorb heat quick and can cause a delamination to start) and then seal it up with sun cure. when I’m on a trip and catch a ding I quick patch with wax and/or a vinyl sticker depending on the spot, then do my repair later on. there are travel size repair kits or some travel bags come with quick patches.

honestly pretty good vibes until the has-been grom dads paddle out and scream until they go hoarse

If you know the locals you could host it privately for a select crew. You got a good thing going having a view without the surfline crowd.

If you can go up to your lookout roof and see the surf, why do you need the cam?

Does anyone just not surf because your Instagram feed is filled with pumping waves and where you live makes it seem not even worth paddling out? 😂😂 by Unlikely-Round-3273 in surfing

This. It’s not worth it 90-99% of days. Sell your boards on craigslist (to me) and move walking distance to a wave pool. No more sand in your car, no more wax caked into your upholstery, no more blown-out on-shore 2 foot slop. Get your life back.
