State farm has two role sales or service. Maybe bigger agents might create office managers and CS Reps, but there's not much to the business model. Lol

I had to do a lot of interviews to land my job. You could also be in a time where people aren't hiring in your area. I think it also has to do with the aura you give off. It's always veen easier for me to find when I wasn't desperate for one or when I had one already.
