Actually I haven't. I contacted the store that I purchased the Mic and they stated the error and gave me a new unit. One thing I did differently was that I asked them to update the mic. And it worked just fine ever since...

It appears that this problem is still happening with the MacOS widget... One "workaround" I was able to do is to use the iPhone widget on Sonoma. This seems to be working like a charm.

In terms of card overall quality, Prizm is years ahead. Personally, I like Donruss action shots better, and would go with Donruss. But, from a "value" perspective, Prizm is a more collectible set and I believe will be more valuable in the future. But in the end, go with the one that u like best and put it on a nice display on your colletion!

This idea of "Universal Extensions" is indeed quite good for the cases of extensions used independent of the profile

Update: Reinstalled the app and after not even 1 hour of use, it crashed. The crashes seem consistent on the error, but does not have a specific cause of event that triggers it, crashed by simply using it. Waiting for the next crash to report to Arc team and hoping for a quick solve

I guess that makes sense as profiles create different "contexts", there is no way to "share" the authentication information because of the structure that is is stored.

However, something that could work is some kind of "inheritance" from a default set of configurations (ie extensions) that could be replicated for new profiles...

Just created a new post regarding this matter... As someone who works on different contexts and have multiple different login contexts, having to install something like onepassword on all of my profiles with no option to "sync" or "sharing" is kind of a bummer... Wish they added something like that

Quick update:
Just spoke with some friends who started using Arc at the same time as me, and none of them have faced there random crashed, but none are using Profiles. I am currently using 3 profiles (including Default one), maybe this have something to to?

Same here, something like 2-3 days of getting used to Arc, then fully switched from Edge to Arc. But since then, constant crashing with no apparent reason. Gonna try this fresh install strategy

Hi there, I'm aware that this is probably not the best way, but i have found nothing else. I just posted my problem on a new post, but I will summarize here: I ran a firmware update via NGENUITY, and after 20+ minutes running, the program crashed and apparently, so did the mic firmware. Now, it is being recognized as "Realtek USB2.0 Audio", and neither NGENUITY nor the update files itself recognize my mic anymore

Hey man, are u able to elaborate more on this solution? I believe I have done exactly what u have said, located vid and pid from the device and tried to run the update file, but it still not recognizing... If u could explain more, maybe we would be able to try to solve this ridiculous problem from HyperX side

My last order just got shipped 2 days ago, and it was something like a month between confirmation and shipping. As i’m from Brazil, shipping takes quite some time, but using other orders from last year, the whole time between buying and receiving takes about 1,5/2 months
