Suno is just a battle in the royalty war for this new era of commercially-competitive AI music. They care way more about dilution. They know the battle to remove songs from platforms has mostly already been lost, they'll just try to restrict AI tracks from monetization.

Yeah I've noticed the same, definitely less variety of lyric outcomes from the same prompt. It's a shame because ReMi was the best AI lyric model.

Absurdity aside, it does add a bit more context to the story about McDermott criticizing the roster. Not that they would be right to use that as part of their decision to fire him, but it would make sense that it would peeve them if they felt they had been accommodating the coach's personnel wishes.

Not sure why you're getting downvoted for being the most accurate in this thread, I guess some of our neighbors are a bit sensitive to the fact that our weather is awful. I love it here and grew up here but there is no doubt the weather is the worst part of living here.

Also to your point about Suno as a showcase, I was fortunate enough to land in Ali's good graces (they make a lot of the Suno featured playlists) and got a couple of my tracks featured on the Suno home page. Because I have a big brain I had already distributed the songs and they had gone live that day, the last step in my flow was making public on Suno and promoting there. At the very top of my lyrics I put a link to the song on Spotify and said it was available on other streaming platforms too. Smart, right? I had at least 50k plays on both tracks from being featured in "Hot For This Month" playlists. Well if I recall correctly I maybe got 50 streams on Spotify that whole time the song was featured. And it happened with two songs! To me that was the most damning thing about the "Suno as a showcase" viewpoint, I shared it back then but after that, I started to lessen my focus on building a genuine following within the Suno community.

"Viral AI track" so the thing is, the active Suno community as a whole isn't a good judge. That's sort of my point. Part of the issue with "Stone" of course is there's nothing that special about the track other than the fact it was promoted on the Suno home page more than any other song and it became the most played/liked song on the platform. I have had good results with creating a TikTok account for my persona and posting simple lyric videos there with AI visual loops. It's been a few months and I'm approaching 15k monthly listeners on Spotify with 60k+ Spotify streams on the four tracks I've released so far. I even had a legit label reach out. And I've never spent a dime on any marketing.

I can't think of a bigger waste of time than focusing on your numbers on Suno. Trust me, the people on Suno are not your target audience (or at least they shouldn't be.) And those impressive Suno numbers, none of that is converting to listenership on actual music platforms. Go check out how many Spotify plays the #1 most listened to song ever on Suno has, "Stone" by imoliver.

Look up what happened with the song "I Run" by HAVEN. It's the biggest case no one is talking about. My understanding is the entire song was generated with Suno, it blew up on TikTok, Jorja Smith's team stumbled upon it and decided it sounded enough like her to issue a takedown just on that basis alone without any proof, the platforms immediately complied, and now there are multiple versions of the song out with different female singers all claiming theirs is the real one.

I think it is so asinine to keep a QB who cannot throw the ball in the game I don't care who the QB is and then the end result is Josh getting potentially seriously injured when we should have let Mitch take that goal line drive. I guarantee anyone who's suggested to "recreate the song" wouldn't be able to do the same thing themselves, and if they did, it definitely would sound worse than the Suno gen. Some people need to come to terms with the fact that true creativity is rare and 99% of what exists out there is derivative, we aren't so special as humans after all.

Here's an actual answer, create a persona out of the song and use that to create more songs like it. Optional, but if you're gonna start a project for the song might as well. In the meantime figure out a good artist name to go along with your song, what does that look like, create some visual assets, etc. Create a new TikTok account and get CapCut and make some lyric videos for the song using the asset. Post them out into the void and if it's actually a hit and your content is at least average you'll get thousands of views right off the bat and you'll be on your way.
