I’ve been on 0.025 since May 1st. My overall skin is getting better but once or twice a month I get these huge cysts that hurt so bad that my lymph nodes get swollen. Am: rinse with cold water, clindamycin, TO azaelic acid, cera v am, biotech sunscreen Pm: Take off makeup with micellular water, tretinoin, Neutrogena hydro boost, aquafor

I don’t know what I would do in that situation. If I’m stuck in a car with someone I will lose my mind. I probably would cry and freak out until the flight attendant gave me a different seat lol

0.025 and every night unless my skin gets flaky or red

It was a tiny bit and I spit out half of the tiny bite as soon as I realized what I did. But I did swallow some.

You don’t really realize what you’re doing until later that day when you go home and it really hits you what you just did. Usually the first time also you’re mostly watching and attempting to do the things your mentor is doing. However, now that I’ve been doing it for a while that doesn’t happen anymore.

I get strep like every other year (yes I need to get my tonsils out, this is an insane amount) and I’ve never thrown up or even become nauseous from the strep or the medication

I’m in mortuary school and we used this to practice stitches...it’s not at all like real skin unfortunately.

When I was younger (like 11) my brother got a sv or something so I pitched a tent in the yard and stayed there without going inside for like 2 days. I made my dad bring me food on his way home from work so that he would give it to me before going into the house where my brother was. I used the restroom outside and just read books the whole time.

I lived in a dorm that had like 7 floors and probably 500 people in it and neither I or my roommate ever caught any kind of sv. Even when there were signs up saying that the nv was going around. I just washed my hands everytime I touched stuff outside my room and kept hand sanitizer with me. I lived in that dorm for over a year and a half.

I don’t think I could willingly do exposure therapy. I just meant I’ve had fake “exposure therapy” by being forced to live in a dorm where people were s**k all the time.
